At Summer Research Day, the 30 TIP Innovation Fellows and 40 Health Research Program participants will share what they have learned about research and innovation through poster and oral presentations. It is a wonderful opportunity to talk with enthusiastic, engaged UConn students who have been immersed in a wide variety of innovative projects this summer, and to hear how their experience is supporting their personal growth and career exploration.

The TIP Innovation Fellows program pairs UConn undergraduate and graduate students with startup companies in UConn's TIP incubator for mentored summer research fellowships in Business and STEM areas. 22 TIP companies are participating as mentors for the TIP Innovation Fellows this year.

The Health Research Program connects UConn undergraduates with UConn Health researchers who are conducting research of all types, from public health to neuroscience. 40 faculty are providing mentored summer research experiences this year.

Summer Research Day will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2023, from 9:30am to 2:30pm in the Academic Rotunda at UConn Health. The public may access the building through the Main Building entrance while UConn Health faculty, staff, and students can use the Academic Entrance. This map of the main level may be helpful in navigating from the Main Building Entrance to the Academic Rotunda. (Pass through the Main Lobby, then turn left and follow the corridor along the edge of the courtyard. Turn right and then left to reach the Academic Lobby. A corridor centered between the two stairways leads to the Academic Rotunda.)
